Dear Patrons,
We're starting small.
Let us explain why…
While Naked Revival may be dropping its first-ever limited run of products, our team has collectively been in the underwear space for decades.
When we started, the market was split by three simple drivers: commoditization, brand factor, or a checklist of features. The first drove prices down. The second emphasized “cool” over quality. And the third? It turned underwear into something that felt like a grade-school science project.
As a result, we’ve all heard the claim: “The best underwear in the world.”
It’s been splashed across billboards, shouted in ads, printed on boxes. At this point, it’s more trope than truth.
For us at Naked Revival, making the best underwear in the world isn’t about feature grids. It’s not about who can bold the loudest “moisture-wicking” or “odor-fighting.”

We’ve spent the last three years designing for an audience who will truly feel it. It’s not spectacle—it's subtlety: the rare cottons, the higher thread counts, the history of the factories, the finishing techniques you’ll never see but always feel.
This fall, we’re releasing just 500 pairs of underwear, loungewear and a handful of Japanese-made T-shirts. That’s it. Our first launch is deliberately tight. Closer to a gallery release than a consumer product launch.
This is the starting line. With each drop we refine, expand, and elevate and invite you to step into this with us, to journey with us as we grow, explore new expressions, and continue refining the very products you’ll wear as part of this first drop.
We do this because we want our first customers to feel the resonance of the brand story—every stitch, every cut, every fiber, every word, and every image chosen with care. Each one is meant to offer something of value to your life: Comfort, inspiration, or simply a moment of delight.
Admittedly, this is both a simple and incredibly challenging goal. One that holds our commitment each and every day.
The plan isn’t to stay small forever. Over time, we’ll release numbered, limited-batch drops. Exclusive runs that carry the same ethos of precision, craft, and care.

The price point reflects that commitment. It costs money to do things right. We produce in Japan and Canada. We source fabrics from Italy and Japan. Naked Revival is meant to remain accessible enough for everyday wear, but let’s be clear: This is a premium quality product. You’ll feel it every time you pull it on. Not as commodity—but as craft.
Soon, we’re releasing the Hikari Trunk. 100% Pima cotton, tightly knitted in Yanagawa, Japan with a proprietary finish. Slim, European fit.
Unapologetically sensual alongside the Freethinker Micromodal boxer brief – made in Canada with silky smooth Italian Micromodal.
“Hikari” means light in Japanese: clarity, vitality, presence.
“Freethinker” ties directly to our motto: the luxury of freedom. It’s a name enriched by those who live principled lives—marked by independence, creativity, and courage.
Alongside it, we’re releasing the Shiro T-shirt. In Japanese, “Shiro” means both white and castle. White for purity and simplicity; castle for strength and foundation. Made in Niigata from extra-long-staple Supima cotton. Knitted, dyed, and finished entirely in Japan. It’s not just a T-shirt. It’s an argument for slowing down. Minimalist. Refined. Intentional.
We’re also introducing Transition Loungewear. Crafted from premium U.S.-grown cotton. Knitted and sewn in Canada. A blend of comfort and grit, the Transition is made for how we live on any given day. Starting up, shifting gears, and slowing down.
It starts with 500 pairs. As a thanks to you, you’ll get a beautiful gift box and a Naked Revival money/card clip. The first 100 also come with a numbered postcard marking you as one of the first. If you're really early (first 50 customers), you'll also get an artisanal Naked Revival Espresso Cup valued at $30!
After our 500 pairs limited drop, we’ll move into limited numbered runs. Signing up for updates guarantees you first access not just to exciting products, but to something bigger - a world of routines based content, a toolbox for you to elevate your health and lifestyle.
This isn’t just another launch.
This is a revival.
With Gratitude,
The Naked Revival Team
